  • Add @since Javadoc tags to classes and APIs added in 2.0.0
  • Move Javadoc and IDEA gradle config to java-common-conventions.gradle
  • Fix artifactId for lib
  • Add publishing sections to limelight, testing and vision
  • Change version to "2.0.0-rc-1"
  • Update README.md
  • Add CONTRIBUTING.md and MAINTAINERS.md

Tested by:

  1. Publishing to Maven Local (./gradlew publishToMavenLocal)
  2. building Robot2025 without the submodule (see the kcooney/2026-maven
    branch in the Robot2025 repo).
